Synopsis: During the Battle of Shanghai in August 1937, the Japanese army attacked Luodian and the undercover sniper Yang Haotian was all alone in enemy-occupied Shanghai. He was later invited to join an anti-Japanese aggression group and take part in the rescue of a Jewish expert Hagel from the Japanese army. In the end, Yang Haotian joined the Eighth Route Army along with the other two survivors Douhua'er and Zhuang Shuisheng. They continued to serve the country on the front line during the Chinese Revolution.
